Easter

Make your plans now for a meaningful Holy Week and Easter.
A white dove gracefully soars against a cloudy sky, its wings fully extended, conveying a sense of peace and freedom in flight.
Palm Sunday: Worship will begin at our outdoor chapel as we remember the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem and the beginning of that last week of his earthly life. We will be celebrating Holy Communion as a part of the service.

Maundy Thursday: This powerful evening worship service remembers Jesus’ last supper with his friends, and the holiness of that last moment before his arrest, trial, and execution. As we end the season of Lent we hear the powerful promise of God’s love and forgiveness, and share in the sacrament of Holy Communion.

Good Friday: Join us at the outdoor chapel as we gather for Prayers Around the Cross. On this holy and somber day, we will hear the account of Jesus’ trial and death, and then we will spend time in reflection and prayer for the whole world. (If the weather does not cooperate, we will move into the Worship Space)

Easter Sunrise: We will gather at our outdoor chapel and hear again the powerful stories of God’s salvation. Worshipping outside, we will move from nighttime to daytime – from death to life – together as the sun rises. (If the weather does not cooperate, we will move into the Worship Space)

Easter Sunday: A joyful celebration of the victory of life over death and the power of resurrection! Join us for Holy Communion, community, and an amazing celebration.
All services in our Worship Space will also be livestreamed on the Spirit of Joy! App and our Facebook page.
